Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At City Glow, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 12 business hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your visit. This courtesy allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients on our waitlist.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellations & Changes: Late cancellations, no-shows, or schedule changes made with less than 12 business hours' notice will incur a fee equal to the full service price.

Late Arrivals: To ensure we can deliver the best experience for every client, arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a late cancellation and charged the full service price.

Card on File: A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation and book an appointment. Any applicable fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.
