Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At City Glow, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. This courtesy allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients on our waitlist.
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms:
Late Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will incur a fee equal to 100% of the total service cost.
Please note: A credit card is required to hold your reservation, and any applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.
